How to Make Money with Google Adsense - Some Great Tips
By Jennifer Carter

I’m sure if you’ve looked at Adsense at all, you’ll have been offered lists of high paying keywords that you could target.

Unless you’re experienced in the internet game, I’d warn you to steer clear of some of these lists. Sure, mesothelioma has a ludicrously high pay per click - but then several hundred web savvy internet marketers have also worked that out. You’ll be competing with hundreds of sites if you want to target a keyword like that. Fine if you’ve got the experience, but something to avoid until you’ve got a bit of experience under your belt.

By the way, you can find out for free what is being paid for any keyword at Overture, using the View Bids Tool.

I’ve successfully used Adsense on my sites - with varying results. For one site, with very low paying keywords, but with thousands of visitors each day, I earn a steady and reliable income. For other sites, with higher paying keywords, there are fewer visitors, but I make much more per click.

Many people suggest that unless you get paid a huge amount per click, don’t even bother building the site. Well, I’ve now got two sites, with over a hundred pages each, with thousands of visitors paying just cents per click, and I’m making a consistent and good income from them.

Do search the internet, read Adsense blogs and sign up to any free newsletters – the more you learn, the more you’ll earn!

There is definitely money to be made with Google Adsense if you’re willing to set up a site with good and interesting content and build the traffic to it.
